Our preferred method of contact is via email. Please use the 'contact us' form to contact us.

 

When contacting us, please make sure you provide correct contact details, to avoid emails bouncing back. We reply to all emails within a few minutes to 48 hours, so if you do not receive a reply within this time, please check your junk folder, or email us again in case our email to you has bounced.

 

When placing an order, we recommend that you include a contact phone number in case we need to contact you. Please note that White Magnolia & Co. cannot take any responsibility for any delays caused by an inability to get in contact with you.

Teething products

 

We do our best to ship the goods out to you as soon as possible and most orders are sent within 1 business day.

 

Longer processing time will apply during busy periods and after store closure days.

 

If you require the goods urgently, please choose the express post option as this will speed up the delivery time of your order through the Australia Post system.

 

Delivery times will vary on your location. All products will leave our premises in an excellent condition.

Please note that if you miss a delivery, it it your responsibility as the the purchaser to organise a re-delivery time with the freight company. We are unable to do this for you.

 

If you provide White Magnolia and Co. with an incorrect or incomplete postal address, or do not organise a re-delivery time within the specified time frame with the freight company, which will result in the package being returned to us, you (the purchaser) will be expected to cover the full postage fees involved in re-sending the goods. 

Delivery times differ for different locations, as well as between the freight companies used. White Magnolia & Co. cannot take any responsibility for items once they are sent, including any delays which may occur during transit.

 

Should a package not arrive to you within the estimated delivery time listed by the freight company and tracking has been selected in your order, we can contact the freight company on your behalf. This will usually result in the freight company lodging a search for the parcel, which can take up to 10-14 days.

 

For peace of mind we recommend you choose to have your goods sent with Signature on Delivery, or Express Post for shorter delivery time.

 

Use and Safety of Products

Our products aim to comply with toy safety standards relevant to Australia.When using our supplies it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the supplies are used correctly.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges and refunds will be considered on an individual basis within 14 days of goods being posted, for 'in stock' items (exchange does not apply to 'clearance' items). If an exchange is approved, the item will need to be returned to White Magnolia & Co. via trackable freight, in its original packaging at the customer's cost within 7 days of exchange approval.

 When the original item arrives to us the replacement item will be sent - postage costs will be passed to the customer and will need to be paid before the new items are sent.

 Refunds will be considered on an individual basis - please contact us within 7 days of receiving goods if you wish to return an item and obtain a refund. If a refund is approved, the goods will need to be returned in their original, unopened state at customer's cost via trackable freight. Refund will be provided for cost of goods only after the goods arrive to White Magnolia & Co. White Magnolia & Co. will not be responsible for refunding any freight fees incurred in sales involving exchanges/refunds.

 Missing/Faulty Goods

All items and orders are checked thoroughly before posting, however, if an item is missing from your order, or is a wrong / faulty item is supplied, please contact White Magnolia & Co. within 7 days of receipt of your goods so that we can rectify the situation.

Liability

We source our products from reliable manufacturers and suppliers who are based in Australia, and endeavour to obtain safety certificates whenever these are available. Children should be supervised when using our products. By purchasing from White Magnolia & Co. you agree to use the products for their intended purpose. White Magnolia & Co. design cannot be held liable for any misuse of the White Magnolia & Co.products.
